Yes, all therapy services are provided via secure telehealth for clients located anywhere in California.

My standard rate for a 50-minute session is $225. I have limited sliding scale slots available for those in need. Please ask me if any slots are currently available.

Yes, I take various insurances via Rula and Headway.
Through Rula I currently take Aetna, BHS EAP, Brighton, Cigna, Cigna EAP, Decent, Kaiser Permanente (Southern CA), KGA EAP, Lucet, MHN, Sidecar Health, Sutter EAP, USC
Through Headway I currently take Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna and Quest Behavioral Health (all through Headway).
If I’m an out of network provider for you, I can provide you superbills for your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. If you plan to seek reimbursement I recommend contacting your insurance company to fully understand what your coverage is for out-of-network providers and to understand the process.

Unfortunately, my license only allows me to provide therapy to clients who are in California. I’m looking into obtaining licensure in other states.

Sessions typically take place weekly. My experience has shown me that consistent, regular meetings create the structure needed for meaningful therapeutic progress. When sessions occur weekly, clients have the opportunity to build momentum, reflect on their experiences in real time, and practice new skills between appointments without long gaps that can disrupt the process.

I appreciate it when clients inform me in advance when they’re unable to attend. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at full rate.
